Just watched this film at the weekend and thought it was well good to ok nothing special, nothing even memorable but it wasn’t bad. It was basically Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots turned into a movie, but unlike the battleship being converted to a film they didn’t have fun with it, but instead decided to go more serious with a bit of a gritty back story and a bad father son dynamic. A gritty, white-knuckle, action ride set in the near-future where the sport of boxing has gone high-tech, Real Steel stars Hugh Jackman as Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when 2000-pound, 8-foot-tall steel robots took over the ring. Tim’s Film Reviews: wait till it comes out on TV.

About these ads

Just watched this film at the weekend and thought it was actually good, it presents a scenario which is very plausible and presents it in a very realistic manner so it does shock you how out of control things could get if an outbreak really got a foot hold. Contagion follows the rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus that kills within days. As the fast-moving epidemic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. At the same time, ordinary people struggle to survive in a society coming apart. Tim’s Film Reviews Recommended.

Joss Whedon you beautiful man you. Well he has done what many thought would be impossible creating a film with six superheroes without it being a total mess. The film is not only not bad but in my opinion pretty damn perfect. By perfect I mean I honestly don’t have any complaints, no stupid stuff, no boring scenes, it’s just a great action film. Marvel Studios presents Marvel’s The Avengers-the Super Hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Part 2 is out and all people who were involved in making these awful films should be rounded up and put in a fenced enclosure for the death games in which all that paid to watch their films get to hunt them like deer. From the writers, directors and actors they will all be hunted in the death games. Weapon of choose the mace and I am talking medieval mace.

This list consists of the films I consider to be an infected scar on the face of the cinema experience and somebody should pay for their failings, plus pay me back for the money I spent watching them. Don’t worry if your worst movie isn’t on here because there is always part 2 coming.
