This Re-Review is because of The Avengers coming out soon on DVD, so get a copy and enjoy. Joss Whedon you beautiful man you. Well he has done what many thought would be impossible creating a film with six superheroes without it being a total mess. The film is not only not bad but in my opinion pretty damn perfect. By perfect I mean I honestly don’t have any complaints, no stupid stuff, no boring scenes, it’s just a great action film. Marvel Studios presents Marvel’s The Avengers-the Super Hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow.

Winner of The Best/Worst of Sylvester Stallone

Since the ‘Expendables 2’ is coming out next month I thought it would be fun to do ‘the best of’ for the three biggest action stars, done Schwarzenegger a while ago and will link that below, a couple of weeks ago I did Willis’s best films and now I am doing Stallone’s best films and worst because I am not a huge fan of his. Just to point out that Stallone is a terrible actor and this list is so small that I am even including two of his films that I don’t like because it’s relevant to another release (Dredd). I haven’t actually watched a great deal of his films but apparently everything that isn’t part one of the series below is awful (well three other films that are apparently good but I haven’t seen them), cant verify that but I don’t particular like his work so I won’t be paying to see his worst (worst list not going to happen just this post).

Now just to state that originally I had a list of 38 comedy films and then had to cut it down to just 10 films, so I know people will be asking why their favourite film isn’t on here and believe me it was hard to cut 28 of my favourite comedy films off the list. But the films on the list are the best of the best and deserve your laughs.

Men in Black III (2012) Review
Posted: May 28, 2012 in Action, Best of Films, Comedy, Sci-FiTags: Action, alien villain, Aliens, Betsy Sharkey, Boris, Combat, Comedy, entertainment, film, Flight of the Conchords, hollywood, Invasion, Jemaine Clement, Josh Brolin, Men In Black 1, Men in Black 3, Men in Black III (2012), MIB, Review, science fiction plot, stunning visuals, the amazing talking dog, Tommy Lee Jones, Trailer, Vincent D'Onofrio, Will Smith, young agent K
It was actually pretty good to my surprise and would say it’s mainly down to Josh Brolin’s fantastic portrayal of a young agent K. In Men in Black 3, Agents J (Will Smith) and K (Tommy Lee Jones) are back…in time. J has seen some inexplicable things in his 15 years with the Men in Black, but nothing, not even aliens, perplexes him as much as his wry, reticent partner. But when K’s life and the fate of the planet are put at stake, Agent J will have to travel back in time to put things right.
The Darkest Hour (2011) Review
Posted: May 18, 2012 in Action, Horror, Sci-Fi, Worst of FilmTags: 3D, Action, Aliens, B movie, Battleships, Combat, entertainment, film, hollywood, Horror, horror film, Invasion, Military, Moscow, Night Club, Review, Russia, Russian, science fiction plot, Teens, The Darkest Hour (2011), vacation
It’s a great B movie which tries to be a big blockbuster and fails, but I do like B movies so I will recommend it for a watch but don’t expect much, on a separate note the comics actually look much better. The Darkest Hour is the story of five young people who find themselves stranded in Moscow, fighting to survive in the wake of a devastating alien attack. The 3D thriller highlights the classic beauty of Moscow alongside mind-blowing special effects. Tim’s Film Reviews: wait till it comes out on TV.
